Despite having family visit last week, I feel like I'm on track this holiday season!
I know there is a huge possibility of weight gain over Christmas, what with the treats and the parties and the dinners, so I know I need to be careful. I'm not going to beat myself up if I gain a pound or two. But the goal is to maintain the weight I am at right now (if I can't lose a pound or two)...until the New Year, then I'm going all out again!
