Huuuu hello FS Family.
Its been a long time since i've been here, glad to be back. I hope i have managed to keep my weight under the 75 mark like a promised myself, will be weighing in tonight. Well my clothes still fit properly and i dont feel like im bulging out of them so thats a good sign right? lol
Its 6 weeks to my 30 birthday and i want to drop a few kilos by then. i have just started IF now need to bring my eating on board.
