Today I came back to my trip at the south of the country.
Three days off the diet and christmas still didn't even arrive, gotta pick up the pace, the problem is that I got injured during practice last week and can't get back to Jiu Jitsu until cleared by a doctor, not to mention, my bike got trashed on the road also last week.
This doesn't promise to be such a good week, however, I'm still keeping my kcal intake below what I burn just by living.
Tomorrow, I will certainly gonna try to get back to following my diet by 100%.
