ONE DAY AT A TIME! Today I HAVE NOT BEEN FEELING SPIRITUALLY VERY WELL. I have been pushing myself to eat enough. I just don't want to eat much meat, so I have not been. I don't know what later tonight brings for me. Behind my legs I have a strange pain, I use to get that when I was strict and limited my calories when I was young. I sometimes get it from time to time. I am not able to move much when I get this bad. I hope to snap out of it and not pull inward. I did have trouble with the knee joints when I would put on way too much for my small petite frame. I guess the body and knees has limits, but this was not that same kind of knee pain. There is a difference with the two. I have been doing better on my knee joints, I just hope I don't go back upward. Any body who takes off well needed ponds knows what it is like to regain it back. I have a long way to go, so I am looking forward to my talks with this certain doctor toward the end of July. The 4th will soon be here, we just need to do our best to keep going I suppose. I had been working a little on my story, trying to do last that I can with it, and looking at sentence structure. Trying to put my money all together till I am ready for it! With God's help, we give it too him when it get's too much for us to bare, and take it one step at a time, and one day at a time, while we still keep going and working on it one once and one pound at a time! I am so, so, so proud of EVERYBODY!!
