reduce to 1200...based off current weight...2lbs and 500 calories a day in gym another lbs~ if i need to eat more i will..but only by how much i exercise!

hey heidi, we have similar weights and end goals... I'm also starting to watch my calorie intake but in tandem with high protein, low carb diet to stave off hunger and cravings. Good luck! What are you planning on doing in the gym??
