Late last week, when I was at the gym, the personal trainer who gave me my initial fitness assessment saw me and mentioned that I was looking pretty good. She asked if I would be interested in coming in and seeing what kind of results I had achieved.
So when I went to the gym yesterday, I had a pleasant surprise.
In the past seven months, I have lost a total of 13.5 inches overall - 4 of those in my waistline alone! I have also decreased my bodyfat percentage by 8%. That's amazing! And I can now hold a plank position for just under 2 minutes, compared to the 50sec from before!
I now just have to work on adding more lean muscle mass...so I think I'm going to try and add in one more strength training day.
It's the numbers that really get you motivated!
