I NEED to get into the 140's.. I am losing motivation, I am slipping off and the higher the scale goes the worse it will be... Today is going good so far.. I HAVE TO DO THIS!!!!

i started this diet and then became too overwhelmed by other things after phase 2 to actually stay on it. I spent a whole month and a half eating whatever. Then, the scale started moving up and I started feeling terrible and I decided to give it another go. This time, it has been easier. No need to beat yourself up for falling off. Try again!

Hang in there. You are still doing well. You've lost 7 lbs since beginning this just a month ago. Try to stay focused on your goals and rejoice in the loss you already have! You are working your way down and learning a healthier way to eat at the same time. South Beach is a healthy way to eat! You can sooo do this.
Im finding south beach easier and easier to do. You can look over my food journal if you need some ideas.
