Oh yeah this is me. Ha! But seriously, I can’t get in the right state of mind like I was when I started my weight loss back in June. I have at least 25 more pounds to lose and really more like 50. Here I am, stuck at 79 pounds. I’m proud I’ve lost 79 but I’m beating myself up mentally because I’m not still going as hard as I was. Focus! Focus! Focus! 😣

When life hands us absurdity (like not losing ANYthing in a MONTH🙄), we must laugh in its face! HA HA!! Or, cry in its face. Whatever my hormones tell me what to do that day. 🤷🏼♀️
