I went “keto shopping” at Walmart today. It’s really hard. I looked at every single label and kept running into walls. What foods do NOT have carbs??? I have been craving fruit sooo much but dare not. I found some granola with fairly low carbs. One serving is 1/4 cup. It tasted good and gave me relief of my fruit craving. And I bought two bottles of Zero Clear American flavored drink with zero carbs. Got a cherry 🍒 flavor and peach 🍑 flavor. And it tastes so yummy. My doctor prescribed two meds that will kill my appetite. That 1/4 cup of granola was just perfect.
I lost a friend of 50 years last night. He was in a motorcycle accident two days ago. He lived in Florida. His daughters went down immediately and had a tough decision. They took him off life support and he passed early evening last night. It is truly devastating.
