well....still at 150 ugh. oh well. ill up my cardio and let the muscles ive been building burn off some fat. as long as im not getting heavier im good. trying to stay positive is important cuz when i get negative i tend to get a case of the fuck-its and eat terribly which usually results in a 1 or 2 lb weight gain. anywho im gona get on that cardio today even though i depise cardio. should pay off tomorrow :] im still working on my abs though...never a day withought an ab workout cuz they heal too quickly. and i have a giant spare tire that i reeeaaallly want gone.
