My doctor put me on a supplement for 4 days for regulating hormones and it has honey as one of the ingredients. I hope this won't hurt my efforts at losing weight.

Maybe 4 days won't set you back too far. You're health (from the doc's point of view) is more important anyway, right? I think honey has like 17 carbs/ 17 sugars per TBSP.. so if it's not that much that you're taking... then you may not notice in the long run. Good luck on your diet and to getting those hormones regulated!!

Health comes first. If you only have to take it for 4 days, just do the best with your carbs for the rest of the day and then go back to the plan when you're done. Honey is antimicrobial and antifungal, so just consider it a medication for now. :)
