Starting Atkins, and it depends on how my stomach can handle it, if I start at phase one or two. Still trying to keep motivated for treadmill or outside walking! That's about it for now! Will be visiting Atkins website and checking their recipes. I do have the new book to check up on things as well! Good luck to all! Let's Keep going! Let's start slow with walking and increase it if we can, either treadmill or outside!! I am struggling as well!
