Tonight's workout:
30 minute dog walk
30 minute Turbo Jam - Cardio Party Remix
Staying about the same weight wise. I have been out of town for a few days for a work conference, so I haven't weighed yet since I've been back. But even while at the conference I walked on the beach 3 times and went on a 5+ mile bike ride!
I was so exhausted last night I was in bed at 9:15. Going to try and get to bed by 10 tonight so I can start the trend of getting to bed earlier and rising earlier.

Great job on the workout!!! I am in the exact same boat as far as needing to go to bed earlier and get up earlier... but it's 10:40pm right now and I'm still wasting time on the internet.. off to bed I go! Thanks for the reminder!

It's so easy to waste time online! I made it to bed last night at 10, and red for a few minutes. I did get up earlier than usual this morning, but didn't work out, went ahead and came in to work to get some things done.
