Bisa juga sih mbak. Sudah lihat youtubenya yulia kok. Sy modifikasi sesuai aktifitas harian sy, karena pagi2 gowes kekantor kurang lebih 11 km. Jd butuh karbo selesai gowes untuk gantikan tenaga yg habis dipake. Beda lagi kalo pagi nggak aktivitas berat, bisalah seperti saran yulia. Thanks sarannya kak.
