Laying here, I can't sleep. But I was thinking, I stayed kinda hungry all day yesterday. I stuck to my diet and only ate what I was supposed to and still remained within my calorie range. Man was I wanting a soda, just even a drink, but I stuck to my water.
Overall, it was a good day. I stayed on track, and gonna try to do meal prep tomorrow for a few days of the upcoming week.
