Happy New Year to everyone!
I haven't been on in some time. Not for 'falling off the wagon'. I have literally been sick for 4 weeks. I have no idea what was going around, but I got it and it wasn't fun. I just started back working out last week and could hardly do anything so I took it slow, but everything counts. My eating wasn't at it's best, but hey, this is why we get so many do overs. Last night was the first night in 4 weeks that I didn't cough the whole night. In fact, I didn't cough at all. I am determined to do something today even if it's just walking on the treadmill.

So here is to a new year and a new us!
