Decided to weigh in this morning and down nearly 7 pounds for the week! Woo! I know it won't continue at this pace but it's great to see for now. Right now I'm trying to make a healthy breakfast for the family (that is not on Atkins) so I'll see what I can come up with. Wish me luck! ;)
