Khbutler's Journal, 26 December 2018

Well, the holiday season is over (I don’t count New Years as a holiday, sorry) and this is day 2.1 of the ongoing saga that is my diet.
I’ve been closely watching the amount of food I eat but allowing myself generosity about what I eat, so I’ve been eating yummy stuff (sweets are my downfall). Tomorrow morning I’ll weigh. Yikes....

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 December 2018:
