I started taking some vitamins the other day. One of the girls I work with told me about them. She said that she really liked them, they gave her energy and seemed to help her get through the day with the kids. She gave me a five day supply, and I can't believe how much better I feel. I wasn't sure if it was the little bit of spring weather we finally got or the vitamins, but I actually have energy to do stuff after work, usually I have to really try to get my caboose off the couch. I also think that all the walking and fresh air I am getting helps alot!!

I got them at GNC, they are a women's vitapack with 4 vitamins in them the energy ones (purple box). I actually just went on line and ordered more because they had them buy one get one 1/2 off and if you use your gold card they are another 20% off. I did end up getting some of the men ones for my husband to try... I hope his work as well as mine have. Ha ha, the more energy he has the longer his "honey do" list can be right!LOL

Hooray on the fresh air! That's always such an inspiration knowing that warmer days are on the rise! Our weight watcher's leader advised us to take vitamins... and recommended the Flintstone's ones! We didn't get those but we got some yummy gummy ones! Who know gummy animals could be so good for you? Hehehe!

I just may need to try some of those vitamins. I also have a drink that I get. It is only 8 calories, no carbs, no caffeine & the B-12 is 4900% of the daily required. That is four thousand nine hundred %. What an energy boost! I forgot about them & I just ordered 2 cases. It is called XS. I can only buy it online.
