Good Morning FatSecret!

I have no idea why I have stayed away so long. I LOVE THIS SITE!! I get so much inspiration from you guys. And I am really begining to realize that there is no shame in the struggle. Big shout out to KINGKELD, he really motivated me to keep believing, no matter what!

I am begining to feel a lot better. I have been sticking to fresh fruit and veggie juice for the last 10 days, today is day 11. Because I work overnight now (in addition to my day time job) I started taking fresh fruit and nuts to work with me and eating that on my breaks and lunch (which by the way is 3am). I am not sure that is the best thing for me, to eat that time of the morning even though I am up and working (physical labor). I'm still trying to figure out how to work that out...

There is also the issue of sleep. I don't get much these days and I know adequate sleep is a vital part of a healthy lifestyle. I'm just trying to be creative and get it in when I can for now. This second job has really impacted my life, big time. My prayer is that I only have to do this for a short season. this second job has also impacted my ability to go to the gym. Right now the only "work out" I get is when I am at work overnight. No idea how to calculate that into calories burned. I know I sweat, I am on my feet motiving inventory all night so... hopefully that is having a positive impact on my cardio health.

I plan to juice fast for two more week (after this week) until October 14. Then on the 15, I'd like to start the Insanity Workout. Of course if I do this, my dietary needs will change drastically. I will have to fuel my body for the intense workouts. I have not idea how my body will react. I am a bit nervous... don't want to make myself sick.
