Just a quick hello to everyone. Keeping busy doing yard clean-up little at a time before we leave for Arizona in about 4 weeks, so getting plenty of exercise there. More positive attitude about cutting portion sizes down, and not eating as much thru the day. Still recording food, except maybe on weekends ! LOL Read journals when I'm on FS, so everyone keep up the great work !
