Im planning a weigh in tomarrow morning.. I feel really nervous thinking I havent lost much more weight, I am following the diet nearly 100%.. sometimes I may have more than 15 nuts at a time, but other than that I feel like I am doing great.. we will see what the scales thinks in the morning..
Wednessday phase one is over and I start phase 2.. has anyone stayed on phase one for longer than 2 weeks?? give me some thoughts on this.. thanks!
