Hello, Fellow Fitness Warriors!
Yesterday, DW did call and tell me she was fixing homemade chop suey, so I did not stop at a fast food restaurant. It was, as usual, pretty tastey! Last night I fixed up another batch of chicken jerky, from 4 large chicken breasts, for the pooch; the little glutton is back to his old self again, but forever confined to a lowfat diet. His snacks are limited to dehydrated sweet potatoes and chicken jerkey, until I learn what else I can make. He's not complaining though.
I'm just saying that there might be something to this green coffee bean extract thing; they can't keep it in the stores. I found that the local Walmart store has been ordering 100 bottles at a time, since about April. And they are usually gone the afternoon of the day they are brough in. I know there's no quick and easy fix to this weight-loss thing, but I'll take whatever help I can get - if it works. Now, I'm just saying, "Dr. Oz says it works." People are saying that they are losing 1 to 2 pounds per week without changing anything. I watched his video on the link I gave you yesterday. I'm going to try it; combine it with exercise, and some semblance of self-restraint, and who knows, it may help.
Well, got to get back to work. Sorry I haven't been keeping up with all your journals; hope everyone is doing well. Hope to be more social in the near future.
