This week I wasn't on the diet much. It was my granddaughter's 3rd birthday so we had pepperoni pizza--lots and lots of it--on Friday and Saturday besides cake and ice cream. Sunday (Resurrection Sunday--He is risen!!!) we had lots of appetizers and mashed white potatoes--not sweet. I am so thrilled I only gained .4 lbs. Now it's time to get back on track.
