I was afraid to get on the scale. Work has been so stressful a busy that I have really slacked on exercising. I feared that it would be closer to 130, so I'm actually relieved to be at 125. I ran today and have done a bit of IF.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

You can do this! You know what to do and how to do it. Sometimes we need a break, especially when stress is high, just as long as we get back to it and not stray to far off. :)

You are doing great. Keep up the good work girl. I cant wait to see the 100's again. Hell the 200's would be nice. I'm so close I can feel it.
