Happy Monday FS Family!
I am excited to start a new workout tonight-it is called the 28 Day Full Body 7x4 Challenge. I hope it is enough to kick start my weight loss back into action. I have been at a standstill for quite awhile, but also I have not been under 1300 calorie intake either.
