Dave Van Horn's Journal, 25 September 2018

Well, I started again yesterday as I said. I was at 261 in the morning which is always my heaviest time of the day. I'm not really sure how that works. Anyhow, I worked out for a bit more than an hour and managed to burn off 3 pounds in what I assume was water weight(down to 258). This morning, up and at it again with a weigh in of 260 so at least I'm going the right direction. I still haven't worked out yet for the day as my morning has been full of chores taking care of my invalid wife. Going to make her lunch now and then. . .work out. We'll see where that leads. lol
