no time to pig out. have to win a bet and i still have 31 days left to lose 9 kg. i'm actually craving for brownies or chips.. all i think of is food. i know i'm depriving myself from tasty foods these days but i know this is for my own good. i have to stay strong. i just really wish i wont forget to stay motivated till dinner.

planning to brisk walk for an hr, then kick boxing for half an hr, crunches push ups and weight training for half an hr. dint able to get up early morning to do some running coz i woke up late which ended up taking a half day from work. but ill make it up working out twice tomorrow.

I don't know your particular weight loss strategy, but one reason so many people go the 'low carb' route is that eating very low carbs (no breads, no sugars, etc) and replacing those calories with proteins and fats makes most people far less hungry. I think I saw your 'losing bet' result, and think it'd be better if you won this particular bet :)

thanks bloodaxe.. im gonna go for a high protein diet after i do my water therapy with fruits today. i told myself yesterday i wont pig out.. but i did :( so i have to punish myself today and go back on track right away :( that bet is really eating my head up.. its so stressful :/
