Since my last post, my body has not been feeling well. I decided to fast to give my intestines a break. The problem seems to be there. (Has the cancer spread?) I broke the previous fast when I felt bad, and someone gave me food. My doctor approved the fast, and he will be seeing me again the day after tomorrow. If possible, I shall fast for the rest of the year. According to a formula I found, my body contains sufficient storage to cover 263 days. After the first three days, I should be good until April!
After three weeks, one needs supplements and a doctor's observation. Currently, I have both. The formula involves determining one's fat percentage, then listening to the body's signals. Most people need two to four days for the hunger to quit. Then, when one gets hungry again, it is time to eat! I am already not hungry. I may be able to give up the butter and drink the coffee plain. In general, the intestines treat straight coffee as no more significant than water, but the liver and kidneys need more water because of the caffeine.
