Day 5 re-induction and doing good..Week-ends are always tough and especially when the grands are in the house..They had a pizza party last night and I went to my room..No after dinner snacking so far.I was a little light on my water yesterday and had 2 diet pepsi( I wanted a drink)..pushing water today.

Thanks Buffy,I need to stay on a roll..I fell off the wagon and got run over by it..LOL..Just too much stress and I fell back into old habits..I am a stress eater and drinker..:(
