Weight is about the same as of about 12 o'clock today. Had an interesting muscle conditioning workout at work. My arms are DONE but it was well worth it. Going to hit the treadmill tonight at the gym. We'll see if I lose a little more water weight by then. Hoping to be slightly under 209 by the end of the day. Had a VERY sensible lunch (lean cuisine) and breakfast (blueberry yogurt). Will have a healthy snack (apple) before the work out. Good health day so far.
