Day 3 and doing good..Cravings are still bad,but am staying strong.Bad breath,so must be getting back into ketosis..hope so.Have the grands this week-end so had to buy fruit and juice.Bought NO sweets.

Are you tracking your food? I have a hard time gettinto Ketosis,What are your net carbs and also calories? I think I am not doing it right. yhx

To get into ketosis, most of us need to have our fat ratio be *at least 70% of their calories - oftentimes more than that.
