Hi everyone, first timer here! I was wondering, am I the only one that thinks the calculator is not accurate enough? I mean I’m 48, 5”11 and 230 lbs. Activity level is light exercise and the calculator allotted me 2040 calories! Isn’t that too many calories to loose weight? Btw I’m following Keto. In need of advice!
