午餐/外食/火鍋
主食:鮭魚,鯛魚,花枝漿(組合是配好的)
澱粉:讚岐烏龍麵半份120克/33.3碳/150卡
菜盤:高麗菜.火鍋料沒吃。
甜點:霜淇淋小杯
高湯:昆布湯+自己帶的礦泉水800ml。
粗估=55碳/600-700卡
#減醣好好
