Had to go to the Hospital for my pre-op & EKG Reading. This Operation is to repair my left foot after years of spraining my ankles.
After that, decided to complete a 2-Day to help curb my hunger!! Time to burn 400 Cals.
Overall, did some Cardio & Strength with Chest & Bicep Curls (both regular & Hammer Sets). Cardio with Rowing, Elliptical & Bike with EMOM - 3 Rounds.
At least it made room for a heavy Carb Lunch.
