So....took two days of actual vacation without the pager, cell, laptop, vpn, or any of that work related foolishness. Walked 4 miles, went to a theme park, got good vitamin D sunshine, but....that came at a price of about 1000 calories over my daily and no workout room at this hotel. 6 hour train ride home filled with expensive Amtrak food but great views. So maybe I’ll be too cheap and too distracted to eat lolol


Will be back on the normal routine Sunday after some early morning kayaking.
