Forgot to make a journal entry for yesterday. It was TOPS day and lost a pound and a half. Weight 213 pounds. Slept well last night after having to make a trip to the spa after the one after supper. Got up about 11:30 this am and then went to Walmart to get things for David. Spoke to Angie and Eloise. Went out to spa after supper to exercise.
