Changed my diet to WW. I have joined so many times the plan just stays in my head. So decided to give it another try!

Instead of points I'm doing the calories. But still going alot by the WW food plan. WW works!

I have done WW too. Their plan works. I like to the science in losing the weight, so that's why I'm doing the old-fashion calorie count. May do a little WW in with it too. IDK. Wow, you sure burn alot of calories, now that's what I need to be burning!!!! Keep her up!!!
