So, I've been MIA recently, having to work like a mad hatter at HT most mornings cuts into my ME TIME. But,I got in 3 great cool and breezy miles in the soft morning sun...ahhhh... Working 1-7 today :( Two eggs and some onions and peppers and fresh mushrooms for breakfast. Soldier On!!
