Hmmm...Not super impressed with myself or whole foods. I just went to a Whole Foods I hadn't been to ever, and bought all my favourite stuff (you can see), but also grabbed a yummy looking pre-made salad for Lunch. The dressing tasted like a yoghurt dill. Now that I am done and have reviewed the Ingredients I am bummed to see fake Canola Oil and Modified Food Starches (AKA MSG). Lame!! and Maltodextrin (SUGAR). The ingredients list is Long, and it was delicious, but it's not for me. That was a first and last purchase. Everything else about today is great.
