Another hot day. Worked til 1am last night and then couldn't really fall asleep until 2:45am. I had a bit of restless legs last night in bed. My husband and I went for a walk - slow/hour and a half. It's really the only exercise I have done in a Long time and I totally recognize how much work I still have ahead to get this body healthy. My composition related to food is only one part of it. I feel the weakness in my upper body, and how "slow" I am out on a walk. One day at a time. I slept in today and then had an immediate nap allowing me to sleep in even longer, basically my usual 9 hours got me up just after Noon!
