It's Canada Day. HOT. Working from home and will go walk by the Lake later this afternoon :)
The first picture is of a salad that looks good to me - Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, Parsley, Onion, Chick Peas, Green Pepper, Avocado with Red Wine Vinegar and Olive Oil. The 2nd photo is my lunch. (2 MAD). I was crazy tired all day yesterday and went out and bought a $67 Vitamin B Complex. Hope it helps with my energy. I also bought Potassium.
