I have not really been losing and have been depressed but people have been telling me that they see I have lost weight and im looking good. but when i look in mirror I don't see no change . but I have jeans that didn't fit no more and now I can get them on so it keeps me in check that even if scale don't move my body is changing I just wish scale would move .
