I feel like I'm sabotaging myself. I've had a cold all week, so I'm not hungry. I'm still trying to write down all I eat, but it's not adding up to very many calories. My fear is that when my appetite comes back, my body will think it's still in starvation mode and hang on to every calorie, and I'll gain weight! AAAAHHHH!!!!

If you only went low on calories for a week, it shouldn't cause a problem. Just try to ease back up there. Eat some more calorie dense foods that you are allowed so you can get the calories without pushing your appetite issues. Hope it all works out for you!

It's not your fault you're not hungry; I'm sure once you're feeling better you'll be hungry again, so don't stress too much over it.

Thats right, don't stress too much over it - enjoy the moment. You're going really well.
