Woke up with my shoulder blade hurting cause I slept wrong. Well, now I'm wondering if it's something I did to it on Sunday work urging my workout. I did feel some odd pain Tuesday when I activated those same muscles and stopped what was hurting it. Made an appt. with my massage therapist for after job 1. She set me up for a deep tissue massage. This is gonna hurt. Haha! I just hope I haven't torn something. Will let you know later what's up.

Got an hour of deep tissue massage and could go for more. It still hurts, but should feel better tomorrow. Had some serious knots across both my shoulders. She is magical, cause she can find what you can't describe and then make it all better! :-)

Now I have to drink, drink, drink the water. You have to hydrate after deep tissue cause it flushes toxins out of your muscles.

I changed my food journal cause my intended dinner was my lunch and my lunch is back in my fridge cause I was bad. There is a restaurant far, far away from my area that my mom loves (they used to be everywhere but only the one left)...and I wanted to do something that would make her happy. So I called her to see what she wanted from it cause I was 2/3 way there at my massage. Well...I ate from there too. Damn it!! I'm a little upset with myself, but I have done so well this week with what I have eaten, I'm not gonna beat myself up over it. Tomorrow, I eat clean again. I'm even taking 'Italian' salad, for the requested side dish, to my nephew's family band night. Those kids have been eating pizza and tacos and all kinds of crap all week and I'm sure there will be more glutenous carb-y processed foods that other families bring tomorrow, so I know I can eat the salad (romaine, tomatoes, olives, red onion, mozzarella, & olive/vinegar dressing...that I'm about to make) and a hamburger with no bun.

I also am meeting my friend D tomorrow night after the band thing for drinks. I don't get to see him too much, so any time he wants to hang out...I make time. So obviously, we will have drinks. Normally, I drink beer, but I may look for mixed drinks or shots between glasses of water. We will see...I do love the taste of beer. But it has sugars and gluten in it. :-(

I'll be back on plan for sure Saturday. Wondering what to make for the next week to eat. Hmm....
