Had bad day the other day scale said I gained 7 pounds my heart just sank I was so close to wonderland... and then I was in a f it mode and I ate some mashed potatoes cheese crap I should not of done. I feel really bad about it but today's new day not going to put in my weight at this time maybe later im hoping some is water weight but it is what it is today's new day not looking back not giving up
