Ok! I'm leaving for work in a few minutes, but wanted to do an update since I just got back from working out. It was amazing!!! I did the c25k workout, and got through about the same as yesterday, but I didnt feel like dying like i did yesterday. Then, I went inside and did another 1/2 mile on the treadmill (at 3.0 speed) and some ab weight crunches and arm exercises with weights as well. On the whole, I'm sore, but I feel amazing. Yay progress!

You should feel amazing..great workout. I started doing the treadmil at 2 mph and have slowly worked up to 3.2mph. Don't hurt yourself! wow.. what a great workout you did, if you keep that up your gona be skinny before you know it

Thank you Janelleas!! I feel it in my hamstrings right now.. every time I try to sit down or stand up I feel it. I'm gonna keep it up and I WILL find that skinny girl inside of me! (Not the one I ate... hahaha) You keep it up too! you're awesome!
