I personally used to be a really bad binge/comfort eater and have now learnt to allocate my calories over the week! If one day you slip you make up for it the next day or later in the week! Increased Protein is a fab way to stay full and high protein chocolate bars (nature valley/eat natural) are a great treat! You’ve done it once you’ll do it again!!! Keep going xx

You need to motivate yourself... sit down, work out what you want and make a plan, my GF is only allowed 1600 a day so your basically eating for 2 humans! Priorities come first... so choose what you want and smash it! Good luck!

if your worried about eating to much you can always half fill yourself with about a pint of water this would stop you from over eating

I would love to loose the weight I've gained due to binging. I eat when I'm stressed, anxious or lonely. I'm so fed up of binging and feeling bloated all the time. it decreases my self esteem and want to just eat for for fuel. not comfort

No offence mate, but it sounds like your weight is only a symptom of bigger issues. Eating less is simply a case of putting less in your mouth which you do when you're ready to lose weight. You sound like you need a shoulder, not diet advice

Exams are a hugely stressful time, so its not the end of the world if you overeat then. It's very difficult to focus on more than one priority at a time, so if things are quieter for you now then time to start changing your food habits. If you're comfort eating, sounds like maybe the first things to work on is why. Why does eating too much unhealthy food help you relax and what could you try instead to replace it?

🤗🤗🤗 Once the exams are over, think about what you REALLY want, if losing weight is your priority, you need to plan to make it happen. Exercise will also help to life your mood and help you to focus, as will chatting with friends/family instead of seeking solace in food Good luck Focus and you can do this!
