Had my light out at 10:30 last night! lol I know it's only 30 minutes, but it did make a difference! Anyway, eating going great. I got in 90 oz of water yesterday, so woohoo! Food still going good--no cheating. Planning a salad from Wendy's tonight. Just can't decide which one. I want to try to avocado one and the nutritional count is very encouraging. I just don't know if I would like mashed avocado in my salad. I've had sliced avocado and it was good. It shouldn't be that big a difference, right? Anyway, here's to another good day! Oh, and the scales this morning showed me down 6.5 lbs for the week!
