That's awesome. You are able to see what challenges you joined if you go to your profile page and scroll down. As far as any challenges go, you just do the best you can. Most of them are just Guidelines members create to lose weight and have some fun doing it with other members that are interested in the same plan. They are constantly changing, you can join as many as you want and you can also remove yourself anytime you want. Once one starts it's too late to join. Fat Secret is pretty simple it just takes a little getting used to. The best part is the members and being able to record exercise and diet so easy. Feel free to ask anyone questions they probably know a lot more than me.

Need tips on how to make calorie tasty oatmeal
I Add Milled Flax Seed to Steel Cut Oats. Along with fruits when I have it. It doesn't make it tasty but it is healthier.

Artificial sweetener
Only when I have it in a cup of tea with a Large slice of chocolate cake. Then artificial sweeteners put weight on me. It's not the Cake of course.
